You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to display advertisements that are misleading, defamatory, obscene, or that promote illegal activities.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our services. This policy is a sample and should be reviewed and customized by a legal professional.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, create or modify your profile, upload content, and communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business information, and payment information.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including to process transactions, send receipts, provide customer support, and send you technical notices and updates.
By purchasing a campaign package, you enter into a binding contract with DooH by XORB Central. The following is a summary of key terms. The full contract will be provided upon campaign checkout.
All campaigns, including uploaded content, are subject to approval by DooH by XORB Central. We reserve the right to approve or reject any campaign based on our content guidelines and network standards.
Payments for campaigns are due in full prior to the campaign start date. All prices are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR). Payments are non-refundable once a campaign has been approved and scheduled.
DooH by XORB Central will provide proof-of-play reports detailing the performance of your campaign, including metrics such as the number of plays and total runtime, as available through our systems.
